Today and Needs you

Today is the first page of the operator console. It shows what was booked, what Upstay kept, rooms sold tonight, how many guests checked in online and what Upstay owes hotels. Below that, every hotel is a square, grouped by city, coloured by its Pulse.

Needs you lists everything across the platform that is waiting on an operator: applications to review, payments that need a refund, payouts held too long, hotels that look inactive, jobs that are late and more. The worst comes first, and an item leaves the list by itself once the thing behind it is fixed.

Pulse is a score out of 100 for each hotel, built only from things Upstay already records: the bookings trend, online check-in, replies within 15 minutes, closing the day on time, reviews, staff signing in, a complete listing and no failed messages or payments. 75 and up is healthy. Under 50, the hotel joins Needs you.

Upstay platform operators who can open every area. An operator limited to some areas does not see these pages.
