Performance and reports

Scorecard (Estate scorecard) shows how Upstay is doing as a business: booking value by month (Upstay channels against OTAs), supply and demand, hotels still live by the month they joined, and where the money came from. Every number has an “i” with its formula.

Hotel league puts every live hotel on the same measures: Pulse, booked value, rooms sold, ADR, RevPAR, online check-in, replies within 15 minutes, reviews, direct share and kept minus cost. Tick up to three hotels to compare them side by side.

Cities and demand shows, per city, hotels, rooms, how much sold, ADR, Searches on the marketplace, Enquiries, Enquiries that booked, Sold-out nights, a Signal and open Sales prospects. Use it to decide which cities Sales should work next.

Reports (Report library) holds the platform reports across every hotel. Each one opens on screen, downloads as PDF, XLSX or CSV, and can be emailed to you on a schedule.

Reviews shows guests’ reviews across every hotel, low ratings and anything a hotel has flagged.
