Your own shifts, leave and payslips

My work is your own punch card, your next seven shifts, your leave balance with Apply, and every payslip.

Housekeeping and concierge have one screen, so all of it sits at the top of their Today. Everybody else has it on its own page, My work, and on the My day tab of Attendance. Their Today keeps just one line to punch in or out.

Everyone who can sign in. Each person sees only their own.

  • Housekeeping and concierge: Today, at the top.
  • Front desk, managers and owners: My work at the bottom of the sidebar, or Attendance, then the My day tab (managers and owners). Today shows only the punch line.

The My next shifts card lists the next seven days with the shift name and its hours. A day with nothing planned says Not planned, which is not the same as being given the day off - nobody has decided that day yet. A holiday shows its own name.

  1. On My leave, click Apply.
  2. Pick which leave, the dates, and why.
  3. Click Ask.

The card shows what you have left and what expires this year. A request you have made shows as Waiting until your manager decides.

  1. On My payslips, find the month.
  2. Click Open.

The payslip opens as a file you can save or print. It lists earnings and deductions side by side, the days paid, and the net amount in words.

  • The punch card takes no name. It is always you, and a manager marking somebody else goes through Attendance instead.
  • You can punch in on a day nobody planned. It is recorded as worked but not planned, and your manager sees it.
  • A card you do not see is one your hotel has not switched on.
  • No payslips are listed → Nothing has been paid yet, or your hotel does not run payroll here.
  • “You are not on the roster today” → Nobody planned you for today. Punch in anyway if you are working.
