Shift handover
What it does
Section titled “What it does”Shift handover is a short list of notes one shift leaves the next: a guest waiting for a late checkout answer, a parcel at the desk, a call to return. Anyone on the desk can add a note and tick it off when it is done. Notes are never deleted, so the list also shows who handled what.
