Ask
What it does
Section titled “What it does”Ask is the raised button in the middle of the bottom bar. Type a plain sentence - 2 more towels, masala chai, cab to airport at 6, wake me at 6:30, room cleaning at 1, late checkout - and the app shows what it will send: a housekeeping request, a dining order, a concierge request, an offer, or a page to open. Anything it cannot match goes to the front desk as a message.
At hotels that have Roomie, Ask opens Roomie instead, who understands Hindi, English and Hinglish and can also be spoken to.
