Ask Roomie
What it does
Section titled “What it does”Roomie is Upstay’s AI concierge. She lives in the round picture of her at the bottom right of upstay.in and of every hotel’s own site. Tell her what you need in your own words, and she finds stays, answers questions about a hotel from the hotel’s own page, checks live rooms and prices for your dates, and opens the right page for you.
She always leaves the last step to you. She opens the booking already filled in, but you press Confirm and pay yourself. She never cancels a booking, never takes a payment, and never asks for a password, a code or an ID number.
Who can use it
Section titled “Who can use it”Everyone. No account is needed to ask Roomie anything. Your own bookings and Upstay credit open in your account, which asks you to sign in with a one-time code.
