Wi-Fi & your room
What it does
Section titled “What it does”Wi-Fi lists the networks for your floor with a Copy Password button. Your room on the stay page controls the lights, the air conditioning, the curtains and Do Not Disturb - housekeeping waits while it is on.
Who can use it
Section titled “Who can use it”The primary guest, while checked in.
Where to find it
Section titled “Where to find it”Wi-Fi at the top of your stay page; Your room · {number} on the stay page.
How to join the Wi-Fi
Section titled “How to join the Wi-Fi”- Tap Wi-Fi. Each network shows its name and All floors or Floor {n} · your floor.
- Tap Copy Password.
- Open your phone’s Wi-Fi settings, pick the network, paste the password.
How to control the room
Section titled “How to control the room”- Under Your room, tap Lights to switch them, Air conditioning to turn it on and set the temperature with − and +, Curtains to open or close them.
- Switch on Do Not Disturb. It reads On · housekeeping waits for you; the housekeeping team sees it on their task. Switch it off when you are ready.
Tips & good to know
Section titled “Tips & good to know”- Do Not Disturb switches itself off after a day.
- Slow or dropping Wi-Fi? Message the desk from the Wi-Fi sheet.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”- “The hotel has not published its Wi-Fi here yet. Ask the desk.” → The desk has the password.
- “Wi-Fi names and passwords appear here once you are checked in.” → Before arrival, ask the desk.
