Who can use it
Section titled “Who can use it”Admins (owners). Everyone else who opens Verification goes straight to the ID queue. See Verification.
Where to find it
Section titled “Where to find it”ID & compliance in the rail, under Hotel.
How to read the summary
Section titled “How to read the summary”- Read the three numbers: IDs verified today (with how many are waiting at the desk), Form C waiting (foreign guests not yet filed) and Consent recorded (how many ID cards carry the guest’s consent).
- In Filing, each Form C shows a status: Details missing, Ready to file, Downloaded, not yet filed or Failed. Past filings show Filed with the acknowledgement number.
- In ID checks, each waiting card shows Waiting for the desk, Needs a look or Sent back to the guest. If none are waiting it says “No IDs waiting”.
How to file Form C
Section titled “How to file Form C”- In Filing, find the line “N Form C ready to file”.
- Click File. You see “File ready for download” and the file downloads.
How to open the detailed queue
Section titled “How to open the detailed queue”- Click Detailed ID queue at the top.
- Review and decide on IDs there, as the desk does.
Who can open full ID numbers
Section titled “Who can open full ID numbers”The card Who can open full ID numbers answers it: the desk can open one guest’s full number when checking them in. The whole filing file is for managers and owners. Every view and download is logged.
Tips & good to know
Section titled “Tips & good to know”- Desk-captured IDs carry no consent tick, so the consent figure counts only what guests submitted themselves.
- If there is nothing to file, Filing says “Nothing to file”.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”- The file did not open → Allow pop-ups for the console and click File again.
