Connect your AI assistant
What it does
Section titled “What it does”You can connect your own AI assistant, such as ChatGPT or Claude, to one Upstay stay. It can then ask the hotel for things the way you would in the guest app: housekeeping, towels and repairs, a wake-up call, the concierge, a message to the front desk, and food.
It can never charge you on its own. An order that costs money appears in your guest app, and nothing is added to your bill until you approve it there.
