Enhance your stay
What it does
Section titled “What it does”Enhance your stay lists what the hotel offers beyond the room: airport pickup, early check-in, late checkout, spa, dinners, upgrades. Solid buttons add to your bill straight away, with the price shown first. Ask the Desk sends a request for an upgrade; nothing is charged until the desk approves.
Who can use it
Section titled “Who can use it”The primary guest, before arrival (what the hotel sells for arrival day) and in the hotel.
Where to find it
Section titled “Where to find it”Make today better on your stay page (Before you arrive before check-in), See all, or Ask with the offer’s name.
How to add an offer
Section titled “How to add an offer”- Tap the offer. The sheet shows the price, GST {rate}% and the total Added to your bill now.
- Tap Add to Stay · {amount}. The card reads Added · on your bill.
How to ask for an upgrade
Section titled “How to ask for an upgrade”- Tap the upgrade. The sheet says This goes to the front desk as a request. Nothing is charged until the desk confirms it.
- Tap Ask the Desk. The card reads Asked · waiting for the desk, then Approved · on your bill or The desk could not do this one.
Tips & good to know
Section titled “Tips & good to know”- An offer the hotel is out of reads Not available.
- Offers with a time (a spa slot, a dinner) land on your Day Arc when you add them; Plan my day proposes them around the sun.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”- “This offer is no longer available.” → The hotel has withdrawn it. Ask the desk.
